*Flat-rate applies to calls originating in other continental U.S. states. Intrastate calls will be subject to the standard intrastate rate. Calls made from a payphone will be assessed a 65 cent per call charge in order to properly compensate payphone owners. There is a $1.00 monthly fee per toll-free number.

**4.25¢ per minute - .25¢ plan requires a $25.00 minimum usage billing each month of long distance, toll free service, Power Dial, and/or calling card traffic. If the customer does not bill $25.00 in combined services as listed above, the shortage will be added to their bill to equal the $25.00
